He most recently served as Managing Director of SETTY, a top 75 MEP design firm with offices worldwide, leading a business generating approximately $22 million in annual revenue. Drawing on that field-tested expertise, he has now founded Real Intelligence Commissioning and Consulting to bring hands-on commissioning and controls know-how directly to owners, developers, and facility teams — systems engineered right, verified thoroughly, and explained in plain language.
Michael spent the first decade of his career working directly with Siemens, Johnson Controls, Andover, and Delta control systems — engineering, programming, and troubleshooting the building automation systems that keep facilities running.
Michael most recently led SETTY, a top 75 MEP design firm with locations around the world, as Managing Director — guiding a business generating approximately $22 million in annual revenue and drawing on more than $50 million in projects delivered over his career.
Michael has now struck out on his own, founding Real Intelligence Commissioning and Consulting to bring that same depth of controls and MEP leadership experience directly to owners, developers, and facility teams as an independent advisor.
